Refund and Returns Policy

At ONEA Organic Baby Skincare, we are committed to providing high-quality, organic skincare products for your baby. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please read our Refund and Return Policy carefully.

1. Returns

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Period You have 30 days from the date of purchase to return an item.

Non-Returnable Items Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Items purchased on clearance or final sale
  • Products that have been used or opened
  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

2. Refunds

Refund Process Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

Approved Refunds If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.

Partial Refunds In certain situations, only partial refunds are granted:

  • Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery

3. Exchanges

4. Shipping Returns

Return Shipping Costs You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
